Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Follow the Arrows:

- Follow the arrows that will guide you through different parts of the arrival area.

2. White Door	3. Key Safe:
If you are unable to unlock the door using the provided Nuki code, please contact me immediately. You will then receive the code for the key box, which is located to the right of the white door.	Locate the key box and enter the code you received in a separate message.

4. Upper Door:

- Once you reach the top, enter the code (Nuki) again, which you received in the separate message, to open the door.

5. Power Supply:

Please use the provided card to activate the power supply in the building.

When leaving the apartment, please do not remove the power card.

6. Safe in the Bedroom:

Safe Code:
The safe is located in the small bedroom. The default code is 0000.
Follow the instructions on the safe to change the code.
Please leave the safe door open upon your departure.

The codes are only valid for the duration of your stay.

Check-in Information - Documents Before Arrival: Please send photos of your passport and your VAT number (for Greek guests only) before your arrival.
Alternatively, you can complete the online check-in form that you received via email.
Included Services: Environmental Tax, Cleaning, and Service Fees
Your price includes all fees, including the environmental tax (€8 per night), the cleaning fee (€49), and a service fee of 16%.
Arrival Time:
If your arrival time is known, please inform us in advance.
Parking Needs: Also inform us if you need a parking space.

Parking Use:

Garage Door Remote Control:
If you need a parking space, please either use the keypad with the code (keypad PIN 194646 keypad OK) at the garage door or take the garage door remote control. The remote control is located on the dining table in the apartment.

Open Garage Door:
Use the remote control to open the garage door. Press the button once – the door will open and close automatically. No need to press it again to close.

Assign Parking Space:
Please park your vehicle at the designated spot marked with the sign: "Home2StayHeraklion".

Waste Disposal:

Trash Bins:
The nearest trash bin is located on Makedonias Street to the right. (Approximately 120m to the north).
All recyclable materials (plastic, cans, paper, glass) go into the blue and green bins.
Non-recyclable waste goes into the gray bin.
