When can we arrive?
Check-in begins at 15:00; check-out is by 11:00. Please share your approximate arrival time in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Arriving before 15:00? Let us know in advance. Early access depends on availability.
How do we enter the apartment?
Entry is via a Nuki smart lock. The access code and arrival instructions are provided after your booking is confirmed and paid in full. Please keep the code private.
Is parking available?
Private on-site parking is available. Contact us before arrival if you need specific parking instructions.
How far is the beach, and what is nearby?
Ammoudara beach is about 400–450 metres away. Restaurants, cafés, shops and bus stops are within walking distance. Heraklion city centre and the airport can be reached by bus or car.
Apartments & amenities
Is there Wi-Fi and a kitchen?
The apartments offer Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. Ask us about any apartment-specific detail.
Connect to Home2Stay Heraklion. The connection is fiber-optic, up to 500 Mbps; the Wi-Fi password is provided in the apartment.
How many people can stay, and what beds are provided?
Each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. There is a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a small bedroom with a 90 × 190 cm single bed, and a sofa in the living room that converts into a double bed.
Is there a lift to Apartment 41?
Apartment 41 is located on the third floor, and the building has no lift. Please take the stairs into account when planning your stay.
Which balconies and outdoor spaces are available?
Apartment 21 has four balconies and its own private courtyard. Apartment 41 has five balconies: four north-facing and one south-facing balcony with sunshine throughout the day.
What happens with hot water when there is no sun?
The solar system normally heats the water. If sunshine is insufficient, the clearly marked hot-water switch in the apartment's electrical panel can be turned on for approximately 30 minutes, and must then be turned off. If the switch trips or anything is unclear, please contact us.
Booking & extended stays
Can Apartment 41 be booked for a longer stay?
Apartment 41 is available for bookings of 1–6 months. Send us your preferred arrival and departure dates so we can confirm availability and terms.
How do I enquire about dates?
Email us with your preferred dates, number of guests and the apartment you are interested in. We will get back to you with availability and booking details.
